Las Rias Maspalomas menu is composed by the best and freshest season products. It offers a tour around the most typical products of las Rías Gallegas: a feira octopus, scallops, razor shells, oysters, clams, mussels, langoustines or lobsters, among others.

Sea bass, red sea bream, wreckfish, turbot, dusky grouper, hake, gilthead sea bream and sole are brought from the local and Galician market to Las Rías Maspalomas.

For meat lovers, Las Rias Maspalomas offers an excellent sirloin cooked in different ways, as well as a delicious milk-fed lamb.
